We want you to be confident in your upgrade. All Pro subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Pro within 30 days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

Submit a refund request through our contact form. Select "Refund request" as the topic and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, funds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 30 days
After the 30-day guarantee period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges but the current billing period is not refundable. You retain Pro access until the end of your paid period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are also covered by the 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, partial refunds for unused months are not available. You may cancel to prevent renewal.
