Planning use only

The app is provided as an indicative planning tool for BACS readiness, ROI, funding, and portfolio workflows.

• It does not certify EPBD or national compliance.
• It does not replace engineering, legal, or energy-performance advice.
• It should not be used as the sole basis for procurement or compliance decisions.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for checking assumptions, source data, cost inputs, national implementation details, and funding eligibility before relying on any output.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle Billing. Paddle Customer Portal is used for invoices, payment method changes, and subscription management. Access is controlled by verified subscription state.

Refund policy

Pro subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, submit a refund request through our contact form. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days. After 30 days, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but are not refundable for the current billing period.

Future production terms

A production version should include complete terms for accounts, billing, data processing, service availability, liability, acceptable use, and support.
